1. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping Only: Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
2. Shipping Methods
Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 working days for ready, non-personalized orders.
3. Shipping Rates
Northern Emirates:
Standard Shipping: Starts at: AED 20. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days
Fast Shipping: Starts at: AED 30. Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days
Abu Dhabi (AUH): Starts at AED 50. Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over AED 300 within the UAE.
4. Processing Time
Smaller Customized Orders - 10 to 50 Favors:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 7-14 working days.
Standard Customized Orders - 60 to 80 Favors:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 weeks.
Large Customized Orders - 80 to 100+ Favors:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-4 weeks to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
6. Duties and Taxes
Domestic Orders: No additional duties or taxes apply to orders shipped within the UAE.
International Orders (Coming Soon): Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country once international shipping becomes available.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic and video evidence of the damage. We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Changes to Shipping Information
Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@simplesoaps.ae or Whatsapp +971 5855 81228. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped and you still need to change the address, the associated charges will be your responsibility.
9. Additional Information
Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email.
Shipping Notifications: Customers will receive email notifications at key stages of the shipping process, including order confirmation, shipment, and delivery updates.
